Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the subscription services provided by Farris Wheel Ventures LLC, doing business as Farris Wheel Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
Month-to-Month, Cancel Anytime
Our marketing plans are billed monthly, in advance, with no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your services and billing continue through the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing month. Cancelling stops all future charges but does not refund the month already in progress. You keep access to your services for the remainder of the period you paid for.
How to Cancel
To cancel, email us at [email protected] or call (503) 713-8207. To avoid being billed for the next month, please cancel before your next monthly renewal date. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
One-Time Charges
Any one-time or setup fees (if applicable to your engagement) are non-refundable once we have begun the related work.
Billing Questions and Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will work with you promptly to make it right. Reaching out to us is faster than filing a card dispute and lets us resolve the issue directly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
